Richard T. Howard Sr, Richard T. Howard Jr, Joseph Edgar, and the Indian River Inlet Dredge crew Christened the “ Noble Warrior” at the project site.  After receiving award of the Indian River Inlet Dredging Project from The US Army Corp of Engineers, Paul Howard Company had Ellicott Dredge in Baltimore, Maryland custom build dredge Model “670” for the project.  Noble Warrior is powered by a Cat C-27 800 hp pump motor with a digging depth of 33’.
