Tom Barton has over 24 years of Heavy Civil Construction experience. He has completed projects totaling more than $330 million in utilities, bridges, roadways, dams, concrete repair, marine construction, site work, and streetscapes. He has worked on projects throughout the southeast such as: James Island, Cooper River Bridge, SC State Port Authority Dock Expansion, I-540 and US-70 Interchange, and numerous other bridges on I-85 and US 64.

With PHCC he has successfully completed South Mountain State Park Dam Repair, Greenfield Spillway repair, Sunset Neighborhood Traffic Calming, South Wake County Landfill Entrance Facility, Wrightsville Beach Bridge repair, and Lowe's site work and Porter's Neck.
