PHCC has completed constructing the new Entrance Facilities to the newly permitted phase of the South Wake County Landfill. PHCC graded the site and poured 127 LF of  8 X 8 box culvert with wing walls to handle the stream flow under the entrance road. PHCC built a new scale house building and fenced the entrance road from Highway 55. Tom Barton was Project Manager. Wake County was the owner and CDM was the engineer.
