PHCC has completed constructing the plaza improvements to Union Square at the State Capitol in Raleigh. The project involved demolition, new plaza concrete, walks, pavers, and landscaping. The project matches and preserves the integrity of the original 1928 Olmsted Brother's plan. Tom Yates was Project Manager and Luby Bell was Project Superintendent.
