Tom Yates is Paul Howard's most experienced staff member with many years in heavy civil contracting. During his employment with Paul N. Construction Co., Howard Management Group and Paul Howard Construction, he has successfully completed over $550 million in a wide variety of projects both domestic and abroad. Tom is a Registered Professional Engineer. His attention to detail, insistence on quality and owner satisfaction makes him very unique in our industry. Tom began his employment with the Howard companies in Dallas, Texas. His management experience encompasses a broad scope of projects throughout the U.S. and in the Middle East, the Republic of Vietnam, the Philippines, Puerto Rico and Jamaica. Tom's background includes extensive experience with projects for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, the U.S. Navy and many municipalities.
