Starting with Paul N. Howard, Sr. in 1925, the family name has been well respected in the civil construction industry for over 80 years. Paul Howard Construction company carries on that tradition.

Businesses changed dramatically through the 20th and into the 21st century. A lot of companies did not make it and their tradition was lost. Paul Howard Construction Company, with License #80, is an exception. Paul N. Howard Sr. originally began the company in 1925. His sons: Paul N. Howard, Jr., William S. Howard, and Richard T. Howard, Sr. continued his vision in 1950 with Paul N. Howard Company. Our tradition is based on 3 generations of over 4,000 successfully completed utilities construction projects in 20 different countries totaling over 2 billion dollars.

In 2001, Richard T. Howard Sr., Richard T. Howard Jr., and William T. Johnston continued the tradition with Paul Howard Construction Company. During the last five years many construction companies perished due to economic uncertainty.  With our conservative project and client selection approach, we have prospered and grown carefully year after year.
