PHCC has finished a neighborhood traffic calming project in the historic Sunset Park area of Wilmington. The project involved removing curbing, gutters, and paving; then replacing the curb, gutter, and paving with a traffic calming design reusing the existing granite curbing. Scott Allen was Project Superintendent. Tom Barton was Project Manager.
