Scott Allen has over 30 years experience in Heavy Civil Contracting while working for Tri-State Consultants, Paul N Howard, Howard Management Group, Allen's Custom Construction and Paul Howard Construction with more than $230 million in projects completed.  Mr. Allen's extensive trade and concrete experience has allowed him to successfully manage hundreds of projects which include water treatment plants, streetscapes, dams, spillways, parks, concrete structures, military installations, culverts, and marine costruction.
