PHCC has completed Riley's Branch Drainage Improvements and Stream Restoration for the City of Wilmington, N.C. PHCC installed five sections of storm drain structures from 54" RCP to 72" RCP with headwalls and manholes. After the large storm drains were installed, a stream restoration involving log toe protection, soil lifts, and plantings was done. James Hall was Project Superintendent and Tom Yates was Project Manager.
