Richard T. Howard, Jr. has over 20 years of experience in both Heavy Civil and Building Contracting during his work with Paul N. Howard Construction, Howard Construction and Paul Howard Construction with more than $230 million in projects completed. His work has included 16' diameter sewer tunnel in Houston, Texas, Dean Smith Arena in Chapel Hill, major resorts and buildings in Southern California and Arizona, and dozens of utility, civil, and marine construction projects throughout the southeastern United States.

His leadership skills and management experience have successfully guided Paul Howard Construction Company through recent uncertain economic times.
