As of September 2007, Lenwood (Lenny) T. Raleigh has been hired as Minority Compliance/Information Technology Manager by PHCC.  Mr. Raleigh's sales, computer tech and personnel skills were the correct fit for the position. He will be responsible for the company's Minority Compliance for government contracts and information/tech solutions. His wife, Jessica Raleigh, also works at Paul Howard as an Administrative Assistant.
