From St. Mary's to Boylan to Glennwood Avenue, Hillsborough Street has greatly improved in appearance, pedestrian safety, and enjoyment due to completion of Paul Howard Company's Streetscape Project. Under the direction of Tom Johnston, the project was completed within schedule and budget.  Working in heavy traffic and accomodating business owners access were constant challenges. This project was Paul Howard Company's fifth successful City Revitalization project.
