The Pine Forest area in Jacksonville now has new JEA/City water services, sewer services and storm drainage structures. Paul Howard Company has completed it's work well within budget and schedule thanks to Robert Slaughter, Daniel Colley, and Dudley Broussard as Superintendant. Pine Forest is PHCC's third successfully completed project for JEA in Jacksonville, Florida.
