PHCC has completed constructing Oakboro Park in Raleigh. Grading, concrete, pavers, trellis structures, landscaping, storm drainage, and grassing were all done by Scott Allen and crew. Tom Barton was Project Manager. Ray Lapino was the Architect with Sears Design Group.
