PHCC has made excellent progress in constructing the Russell Street Streetscape in Fayetteville, N.C. Pete Chambers and crew have taken up the existing sidewalk, adjusted utility structures, prepared sub grade for brick pavers and concrete, poured concrete sidewalks and laid decorative brick pavers. The project is part of a citywide master plan to revitalize Downtown Fayetteville which Paul Howard Company has been much a part of. Tom Yates is Project Manager and Pete Chambers is Superintendent.
