All the rocks sills and jetties have been placed at Ocracoke to create seven acres of pristine marshland. The piles for the pier have been driven. The PHCC crew is currently building the pier attached to the piles. Planting will begin soon. Luby Bell, Jr. is Superintendent and Tom Yates is Project Manager. N.C.
