Norris C. Reed III  has been hired as Director of Dredging Operations for PHCC.  Mr. Reed was Manager of Dredging Operations for State of N.C Ferry System. He also has owned and managed his own Dredging Company and been hired as a consultant on a variety challenging Dredging Projects.

Some of the projects he has managed or had extensive involvement in include USACE Atlantic Harbor, USCG Elizabeth City and Atlantic Beach, Snug Harbor Marina, Beaufort, N.C., Ripleys Marina, Charleston,  Amoco Barge Terminal, Isle of Palms Marina, Morgan Creek Marina, Sunset Beach and Fort Sumter, NPS. Mr. Norris and his wife Gerry live in Morehead city, N.C.
