PHCC has been awarded the contract to repair the Deaverview Bridge over Norfolk Southern Railroad outside of Asheville, N.C.  Nine steel piles are being repaired from rusting with new plates, cleaning, and repainting. Tom Barton is Project Manager and City of Asheville, N.C. is the Owner.
