In 1978, Paul N. Howard Company was selected by the U.S. Government, out of all the construction companies in the Unites States, to build the Negev Air Base and the Multi-National Forces Peace Keeping Facility in Israel. Recently, Paul Howard Construction Company was chosen to construct 2 key projects at Parris Island, South Carolina Marine Base.  Those were the Hue City Firing Range and to Repair Roads and Bicycle Lanes safety project.
