Luby Bell Jr., has over 35 years experience in Heavy Civil Contracting while working for both Tri-State Consultants and Paul Howard Construction with more than $280 million in completed projects. He has personally supervised wide variety of civil construction projects. These include dams, lakes, stream restorations, parks, greenways, streetscapes, stormwater control, and military installations. Mr. Bell has the ability to satisfy numerous involved parties in all types of challenging project situations.
