PHCC is approximately 92% complete at the new Lake Upchurch spillway outside of Fayetteville for Cumberland County. Roughly, 2,600 cubic yards of concrete have been poured. All the upper diagonal walls and slab has been poured (see picture gallery) including the outer/wing walls.  Earth fill, grading, and rip rap placement remain.  

Pete Chambers is Superintendent and Tom Yates is Project Manager. The project is scheduled for completion in May 2007.
