James Hall has over 25 years experience in Heavy Civil Contracting while working for Blythe Construction, Tri-State Consultants and Paul Howard Construction with over $230 Million in completed projects.  Mr. Hall joined Paul Howard with extensive experience in mass excavation, grading, paving, water, sewer and storm drainage structures.  He has successfully managed and completed numerous projects throughout the Southeast including the widening project for Interstate 40, Livingston Creek, Parris Island and most recently Riley's Branch, Cape Fear River Crossing, and Lowe's Porters Neck site work for Paul Howard Construction. Mr. Hall gets it done!
