Tom Barton was started with PHCC Feb. 27, 2006. He was formerly with Triangle Grading, Dane Construction, and Carl Norris Construction. He's a Civil Engineer and is a graduate from The Citadel. Tom is 40 years old and is married to Doris Barton. They have three daughters; Megan, Shannon, and Kathy and live in Graham. Tom will estimate and manage projects for PHCC focusing on bridge and foundation work. We are happy to have Tom and all his experience on board at PHCC.
