Paul Howard Company has completed the City Lake Raw Water System Transmission Main Improvements Contract 2 for the City of High Point. The project involved installing 7,170 LF of 36" Ductile Iron Pipe thru wooded areas, underneath Scientific Avenue, and underneath a Norfolk Southern Railway. Bill Privette was Project Manager and Tommy Johnson was Superintendent.
