PHCC has finished work on Gillespie Street Improvements for the City of Fayetteville. Field work on this project was started Ted Allen and finished by Luby Bell, Jr. The project involved replacing the existing sidewalks with decorative brick pavers, new curbs and gutters, light boxes, and new pavement in the Historic District. It is the eighth project in and around Fayetteville by PHCC.
