PHCC and Ted Allen have finished demolition on the Fayetteville Street Mall Plaza in downtown Raleigh for Holder Construction. Concrete slabs and brick pavers were removed in phases to accomodate other trades. The project makes way for the new plaza that ajoins the new Convention Center and Marriott Hotel. Tom Yates was Project Manager.
