PHCC has completed all it's work on the spillway that serves Greenfield Lake in Wilmington, NC. The project involved driving steel sheeting to cofferdam the lake from the spillway and installing a siphon pumping system to handle the overflow around the spillway. The spillway was then cleaned, crack repaired, and grouted. Two new 24" gate valves were installed to drain the lake if need be. Tom Barton was Project Manager and Scott Allen was Superintendent. The project was featured in the local news.
