Annette Williams has over 25 years of experience in Civil Contracting administration specializing in licenses, insurance, payables, personnel, and job cost accounting. While working for Howard Management Group and Paul Howard Construction, she has completed various projects throughout the Southeast and Puerto Rico in an excess of $150 million. She also was Project Administrator for Randleman Dam for ASI Contractors.

She provides invaulable adminstrative, payroll, and accounting services to keep Paul Howard Company operating smoothly!
