Paul Howard Construction has marine capabilities with access to a wide variety of barges, cranes, and divers. We have experience installing wooden and steel piles, making underwater bridge repairs, installing pipelines through marshes, dredging, and beach renourishment. PHCC has dredged over  500,000 cy of shoals in very challenging currents from North Carolina to New York.  We have pumped dredged materials over two miles and restored beaches from erosion. PHCC owns two new custom cutterhead suction dredge machines; a Ellicott 670 Dragon “Noble Warrior” 14” X 12” and a Custom Dredge Works “Noble Spirit” 18” X 16”; Tender boat “Noble Tender”,  booster pumps,  HDPE discharge pipeline, and support equipment.  Our dredge crews and supervision have over 20 years experience in the industry.
